Sanctum Aspiring Children (SAC) Academy ("SAC Academy", "we", "us", "our") runs early years education (Playgroup, Nursery, Jr KG, Sr KG), academic tuition (Grades 1–10), an Activity Centre, daycare and teacher training programmes at Shop No. 4, Vijaya Cottage, Zaoba Wadi, Thakurdwar, Charni Road, Mumbai – 400002. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit www.sacedu.co.in, fill in an enquiry form (on our website or through our Facebook and Instagram ads), or contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

  • Parent or guardian details: name, mobile number and email address.

  • Child details: child's name, age or grade, and the programme you're interested in.

  • Teacher training applicants: name, contact details and the course you're interested in.

  • Messages: anything you choose to write in an enquiry or message.

  • Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools. A parent or legal guardian should submit enquiries about a child. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children.

  • To respond to your enquiry by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email.

  • To share information about admissions, programmes, fees, events and school visits.

  • To manage admissions and enrolment if you choose to join.

  • To improve our website, services and advertising. We use your child's information only for admissions and educational purposes. We don't use it for advertising profiles or share it for marketing.

  1. Enquiries from Facebook and Instagram ads When you submit a form through our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Meta shares the details you entered with us.   2. Sharing your information We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
